Capabilities Overview

The Fort Wayne facility has 45k square feet under one roof.  This is the combined total of office, production and warehouse space.  With plenty of floor space, infrastructure and capacity available, we can increase our production output at will, with very short lead times. 

Our Three Rivers, Michigan facility has 30k square feet.  This facility produces cores using the shell process and the same style Redford equipment as the Fort Wayne Facility. 

A third facility, Core Ventures, began production in Spring 2006.  Core Ventures is a cold box and shell facility located two miles from the Fort Wayne shell core facility.  Presently, Core Ventures is wholly owned by CoreTech, Inc. 

Our production capabilities include:

  • Fifty-two shell core machines (27 are Redford 22s.)
  • Four coldbox core machines
  • Three owner-operated locations.
  • Flexibility to amortize new tooling costs into core price.
  • Minor tooling repairs done at no charge.
  • Delivery available in our air-ride semis.
