Employees

Since founding Core Tech in 1991, Owners Mike and Tony Roselle have dedicated sixteen years to making quality cores. Before opening the business, Tony was involved in all facets of casting production for ten years, while Mike had three years experience making shell cores.

 Our experienced supervisory staff is among the most dedicated in the business.    All administrative aspects of our business are coordinated through our full-time Office Manager.  Our Quality Control and Production Managers had more than forty years combined foundry experience before joining Core Tech.  We also have floor supervisors, quality inspectors and machine operators with foundry experience. 

The owners strive to build a culture of service and dedication to the customer. As we promote from within our company, our customers benefit from the knowledge and experience that each employee brings to Core Tech.
